Biography

Joshua E. Schechter has served as a member of the Board since October 2020. He is a private investor and public company director. Since 2015, he has served as a director of Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE: PRSU) (formerly known as Viad Corp.) a global attractions and hospitality company. Since November 2025, Mr. Schechter has served as a director of Barnwell Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: BRN), a company involved in acquiring, developing, producing and selling oil and natural gas in Canada and leasehold land interests in Hawaii, and also serves on its Compensation Committee. Mr. Schechter served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bed Bath & Beyond (Nasdaq: BBBY) from May 2019 to September 2023, as Chairman of its Audit Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Support.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPRT), a leading provider of cloud-based software and services, from June 2016 to September 2021. From April 2018 to January 2020, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SunWorks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW), a premier provider of high-performance solar power solutions. From 2001 to June 2013, Mr. Schechter served as Managing Director of Steel Partners Ltd., a privately owned hedge fund sponsor, and from 2008 to June 2013, served as Co-President of Steel Partners Japan Asset Management, LP, a private company offering investment services. Mr. Schechter earned a Master of Public Administration in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
